We have three different payment options available for families to pay their tuition balance. Those payment options include: 

• One payment: balance paid in full in June
• Two payments: first payment due in June and second payment due in December
• 12 monthly payments: starting in June and concluding in May

Campus fees cover all additional incidental fees typically incurred throughout the school year. This includes retreats, field trips, campus activities, and miscellaneous class expenses. Specialty classes like AP/Dual Credit/Honors may incur an additional fee.

Additional fees every family will incur in addition to tuition expenses: 

1. Application Fee: $75 one-time fee per submitted student application
2. SAGE Dining® Fees

There may be additional academic costs depending on your student’s academic path. Participation in campus athletics at the Middle and High School level also requires an additional $175-550 fee.

Yes! RCS desires to put a quality Christian education within reach for families of varied economic backgrounds. We offer tuition assistance for student’s Kindergarten through 12^th grade. Families need to submit their application each year through FACTS Grant and Aid (our third-party determination company). This requires a $40 processing fee at the time of completion. Aid is awarded based upon families' demonstrated financial need, assessing household size, income, monthly expenses, financial documents and a statement of need.

When applying to RCS, you must pay a $75 non-refundable application fee per child.
