Enrollment & Registration Fees

Course Tuition Rates
Tuition is the same flat rate per course across all grade levels — your total cost depends on how many courses your student takes, not their age or grade.

Part-time students may register for .5 to 4 courses. Students registered for 4.5 or more courses are considered full-time.
Payment Plans
Enrollment fees are charged at the time of enrollment. For full-time students, RCS Online offers a tuition payment plan:
Two-Payment Plan: 50% of total tuition due after placement, before curriculum is assigned; the remaining 50% due approximately 120 days after the first payment. The second payment must be made before second-semester courses can be activated.
Monthly Payment Plan: Spread tuition over a maximum of 10 months.
Estimated Tuition by Grade Level
Based on a typical course load, at $670 per full-credit course.
3rd–5th Grade
Typical load: 5 subjects — Bible, Math, Language Arts, History, Science.
Average total tuition of $3,350 (5 courses × $670), plus testing fees.
6th–8th Grade
Typical load: 5–6 subjects — Bible, Math, Language Arts, History, Science.
Average total tuition of $3,350–$4,020 (5–6 courses × $670), plus testing fees.
9th–12th Grade
Typical load: 7 subjects — Bible, Math, Language Arts, History, Science, plus possible electives.
Total tuition of up to $4,690 (7 courses × $670), dependent on total courses, plus testing or graduation fees. Not all students take 7 credits — total cost is always based on the number of courses actually taken.
Note: In high school, refer to tuition at the $670 per full-credit course rate whenever possible, since this is where classes split into semester-long (half-credit) and year-long (full-credit) courses.
