Admissions Process

We’re excited that you’re considering Resurrection Christian School for your family!

Our goal is to make the admissions process as welcoming and straightforward as possible.

Preschool Admissions

Our Preschool admissions process is designed specifically for young learners and their families.

  1. Express your interest by reaching out to our Preschool Director, Cathi Roth, at (970) 612-0608 or croth@rcschool.org.
  2. Our Preschool Director will be connecting with you to discuss campus tours and next steps.

In-Person K-12 and RCS Online Admissions

1. Express Your Interest

Begin by telling us a little about your family and your interest in RCS by filling out our Request Information form.

For families interested with RCS online, you may also visit our RCS Online page to know more and find contact details. Have any questions? Please reach out to us at (970) 612-0674 or rcs-admissions@rcschool.org.

2. Schedule a Campus Tour

(In-person K-12 only, RCS Online families may proceed to step 3)
There’s no better way to experience RCS than by visiting our campus. Meet our community, explore our classrooms, and see firsthand what makes RCS a place for your child to thrive.

3. Complete the Online Application

Submit your application along with any required documents, including:

  • Academic records and transcripts
  • Health and immunization records
  • Additional supporting documents, if applicable

Please note: A non-refundable application fee is required by FACTS at the time of submission ($75 for on-campus programs and $50 for RCS Online).

4. Complete Any Required Assessments

Depending on your child’s grade level, assessments may be part of the admissions process to help us better understand their learning needs and academic readiness.

5. Participate in an Admissions Interview

This conversation gives us the opportunity to get to know your family, learn about your goals for your child, and answer any questions you may have.

6. Receive an Admissions Decision

Once all admissions requirements have been completed, our team will carefully review your application and communicate the next steps.

Need Tuition Assistance?

Families may begin exploring tuition assistance opportunities after receiving an admissions decision. Our team is happy to answer questions and help guide you through the process.

7. Complete Enrollment

Accepted families will finalize enrollment paperwork and tuition arrangements to officially join the RCS family.

Student Shadow Visits

Wondering what a typical day at RCS looks like?

Prospective students in kindergarten through 12th grade have the opportunity to participate in a shadow experience. Students can spend time with their current grade level or the grade they will be entering the following school year, helping them get a feel for the student experience before making a decision.

Important Dates

You don’t want to miss an important deadline, and we’ve made it easy to keep track of the key admissions timelines for the upcoming school year.

RCS follows a rolling admissions process based on space availability, which means families are encouraged to begin the process as early as possible. Here are a few important dates to keep in mind as you plan your next steps.

Applications Open for the Upcoming School Year
Families may begin submitting applications for enrollment.

Returning Family Tuition Assistance Deadline
Returning families should complete tuition assistance applications by the designated January deadline. Tuition assistance applications for new families remain open throughout the admissions process.

Rolling Admissions
Applications are reviewed based on available space within each grade level.

Middle School & High School Expos
RCS hosts special admissions events throughout the year to help prospective families explore academics, student life, extracurricular opportunities, and more.

  • Middle School Expo: Feb. 9, 2027
  • High School Expo: Nov. 10, 2026

Kindergarten Meet & Greet
Join us for a special opportunity to meet our kindergarten teachers, explore the classroom, and learn what a typical day looks like. It’s a great way for families and future students to become familiar with the RCS kindergarten experience.
