Our Mission

At Resurrection Christian School, we partner with families in Loveland, Colorado, to provide a Christ-centered education that nurtures both faith and academic excellence. As a trusted Christian elementary school, our heart is to help every child understand who they are in Christ and grow confidently in their God-given identity.

We recognize that children spend a significant portion of their day at school, which is why our dedicated teachers intentionally integrate biblical truth, Christian values, and strong academics into every part of the learning experience. At our Christian elementary school in Loveland, students are encouraged to explore their faith, build character, and develop a lifelong love for learning—growing in wisdom, confidence, and purpose as they seek to love God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength.

Our students are supported through meaningful opportunities that encourage spiritual formation, character development, and a deeper understanding of biblical truth, including:

  • Weekly chapel services featuring worship, prayer, and inspiring messages from staff and guest speakers that encourage students to grow in their faith and live out biblical principles.

  • Our annual 5th Grade Spiritual Retreat, designed to help students strengthen their relationship with Christ, build deeper connections with peers and teachers, and enter the school year spiritually renewed and focused.

  • Ongoing biblical instruction and character development, where students learn to apply God’s Word to daily decisions, develop integrity, and demonstrate Christlike behavior in and out of the classroom.

  • Christ-centered teachers, coaches, and staff who intentionally model faith, invest in students personally, and provide mentorship rooted in truth, grace, and encouragement.

  • A whole-child approach to Christian education, nurturing students academically, spiritually, and emotionally so they grow into confident, faith-filled individuals prepared to impact the world for Christ.

At Resurrection Christian School, our mission as a Christian elementary school in Loveland is to partner with families in raising students who know Christ, live with purpose, and lead with integrity.

Discover the RCS Difference

The 5th Grade Leadership Program is designed to prepare students for a successful transition into middle school by building confidence, responsibility, and character. Through intentional instruction and hands-on experiences, students learn what it means to lead with integrity, serve others, and positively influence their community.

The program focuses on developing leadership skills such as teamwork, communication, personal responsibility, and the discovery of individual strengths and God-given gifts. Students begin the year with a leadership retreat that includes team-building activities, challenge courses, and opportunities to strengthen relationships and trust.

Throughout the year, students also take on leadership roles by mentoring younger elementary students. They learn how to guide small groups, plan and lead activities, and model positive behavior—gaining valuable experience in service, responsibility, and Christ-centered leadership.

“But each one should be careful how he builds. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.”
