Important Academic Senior Information

Naviance

If you haven't already, please go to your Naviance account > Colleges > Colleges I've Applied To > and underneath those colleges you will find a drop down bar to indicate College I am Attending. Please click on the college you committed to. This is needed for your final transcript to be sent to the correct college.

Final RCS Transcript for Seniors

Once teachers have final semester grades completed, your RCS transcript will be reviewed and sent via Naviance to the college you have committed to. These final transcripts will be sent by mid-June. There is no need to request this final transcript be sent.

  • If you have taken any online, DC college classes, you must request an official transcript from that institution and have it sent to Ms. Sparkman at bsparkman@rcschool.org  That course will then be transcribed to your RCS transcript. Please wait till the last day of school to request these transcripts to ensure that your course is complete and the grade and credit are recorded and have them sent to Ms. Sparkman by June 13th. You do NOT need to do this for in-seat DC classes.
  • If you took an RCS online class, it will automatically be recorded to your RCS transcript.

Dual Credit Transcript Sent to College

If you have taken ANY dual credit courses, either in-seat at RCS or online, you will need to request an official transcript from that institution and have it sent to the college you are going to. We can not do this for you! Once your college receives your transcript from the college(s) that you took DC classes through, they will decide what credits transfer. Please wait till the last day of school to request these transcripts to ensure that your course is complete and the grade and credit are recorded.

Google Drive Migration for RCS Seniors:

After graduation you will no longer have access to your RCS google drive and RCS does not back up your data. Please see the attachment in your recent email for detailed instructions on how to migrate your data to another account.

Class of 2025 Exit Survey

I apologize for this being the third survey asking similar questions. We have remedied the problem, but in the meantime, would you please be SO kind to complete this one last survey needed for the graduation ceremony and RCS record keeping? CLICK HERE
