A Letter to Our 2025 RCS Graduates

Seniors,

As you prepare to graduate, we find ourselves reflecting with full hearts. This season is both a celebration and a send-off, and it has truly been one of the greatest honors of our ministry to walk alongside you. Watching you grow, struggle, question, mature, and step more fully into who God has called you to be has been one of the most rewarding parts of our calling.

This journey has never been just about academics. It has been about shaping hearts and minds for Christ. We’ve had the privilege of helping you discover who you are in Him—your identity, your gifts, and your purpose. Every conversation, every lesson, every shared laugh or prayer has been part of a bigger story God is writing in your life. What a joy it has been to play even a small role in that.

We are confident in all that God has prepared for you. You are each uniquely designed for a purpose only you can fulfill. We’ve seen your potential, your perseverance, and your growth. Our goal has always been to help prepare you, not just for what’s ahead academically or professionally, but for the callings and Kingdom purposes God has placed on your life. It has been a privilege to walk with you as you’ve stepped into those.

In 2 Corinthians 1:14, the apostle Paul says that the teacher and the student will “boast” in one another on the day of Christ Jesus. That’s how we feel about you. We are proud to have had the opportunity to pour into your lives with joy and conviction, and we send you out trusting that God will continue the work He began in you.

As you leave the daily rhythms of our school, one thing remains vital: stay connected to a local church. The church is not just a place to attend—it’s a spiritual family that will continue to nourish, challenge, and support you. Our part in your journey may be shifting, but the Church’s ministry in your life never changes. It is God’s design for lifelong discipleship, and we pray you remain rooted in a Christ-centered community wherever He leads you next.

And remember—you’ll always have a home at RCS. We hope to see you back on campus often, whether at alumni events, sharing your journey with future students, or even returning one day as parents or grandparents of the next generation of RCS Cougars.

On behalf of all of us at RCS—your teachers, administrators, and staff—thank you for letting us be part of your story. We’re proud of you. We love you. And we are praying for all that God has ahead.

Sincerely,
