RCS has experienced amazing growth and has been blessed with faithful support from our community over the past 20 years. RCS is positioned in an area of NoCo that is experiencing exponential growth… which is causing exciting opportunities for our ministry… Right now!

You spoke up…

You have helped envision a future for RCS with expanded and enhanced classroom spaces, fine arts facilities, athletics fields and gyms, and common spaces for our students.

We listened to your priorities…

and have created a master plan with Infusion Architects to meet these needs.

Now is the time…

for our cougar family to establish the legacy. Take a look at the phases and plans below and commit to praying for our future.

We invite you to imagine the future at RCS

our Athletic Performance and School Spirit
Construct Athletic Complex & New Auxiliary Gym

{Estimated Cost: $15.5 million}

State-of-the-art athletic facilities will make RCS more attractive to prospective students and parents, and will provide student-athletes and parents to enjoy RCS home games under the lights. This will improve the convenience for our families, but more importantly, it will strengthen Cougar pride and culture.

The athletic complex, built to the south of the school, will include:

  • A lighted, multi-purpose stadium for football and soccer
  •  All-weather track with a shot put, long jump, and pole vault
  • Two lighted baseball fields and one softball field
  • Fan zone for tailgates and concessions
  • Tennis courts, putting green, and netted driving range
  • Locker rooms

The auxiliary gym will be built into the east end of the current high school gym, giving the campus three gyms and space for our athletic and physical education programs.

The auxiliary gym will feature:

  • Rock climbing wall
  • Improved high school gymnasium entrance, larger gym foyer, and expanded concessions
  • Indoor driving range and putting green

School Culture, Climate & Community
Expanding the Cafe, Student Commons & Performing Arts Spaces

{Estimated Cost: $4.1 million}

The cafeteria project will alleviate overcrowding in the RCS Cafe and enhance lunch service, menu, and experience. The project will create an airy two-story student commons area that will serve as a flexible work and study space with natural light and will be the social hub of the campus.

The construction of the commons will include the expansion of our fine arts space on the south side of the existing auditorium for dressing rooms, practice rooms, and set construction.

The cafe and fine arts project will include:

  • An inviting, multi-purpose space for group projects, meetings, banquets, and other school events and activities
  • First-floor lounge areas, along with traditional cafeteria seating
  • Outdoor patio and classroom
  • Second-floor loft/lounge
  • Separate areas for older and younger students
  • Skylights and glass walls providing natural light and mountain views
  • Larger kitchen and improved food service space

the Lives of our Youngest Students
Improve Preschool and Elementary Campus & Classrooms

{Estimated Cost: $2.3 million}

RCS will use 15,375 square feet of campus space adjoining the elementary school and preschool to create four preschool classrooms, four additional elementary school classrooms, a small group room, a large teacher collaboration room, two flex classrooms, a nurse’s office, and student lounge area. This will give our preschool, elementary and middle school campuses separate spaces. This project will also free up space in the existing middle school building and high school building for the larger enrollment numbers that are matriculating into middle school.
